About Me
Hey there! Welcome- I'm Natalia Cardona, the founder and owner of Inner Serenity Doula Care. I'm a certified labor and delivery doula and will soon be certified as a full-spectrum doula. I was born and raised in Frederick, Maryland, and I'm the oldest of eight children in a big, loving family. My faith and passion for serving women are at the heart of everything I do.
After high school, I wasn't quite sure what path to take. Then I discovered what a doula was, did some research, and haven't looked back since. The Lord spoke to me through others and confirmed that this was my calling.
When I'm not supporting amazing women on their pregnancy journeys, you'll find me chatting with friends and family, dancing like no one's watching, and enjoying a good chai latte. I'm here to help make your birthing and postpartum experience as serene and special as possible. Let's do this together!
My Philosophy
My philosophy is centered around the belief that every woman deserves support and care during one of life’s most transformative times - the journey of motherhood. I aim to provide not just physical assistance but also emotional and spiritual support, grounding my practice in Biblical principles. In a world where the norm is often to follow a traditional educational path, I’ve chosen to listen to a different call. I believe that the Lord has a unique plan for each of us, and my plan is to serve women and families in their most vulnerable and powerful moments. I may be young, but my heart is full of passion and dedication. I am committed to showing the love of Jesus through my work, helping women feel empowered, supported, and loved during their journey.

Corby Linton
Corby is a momma, doula, and prenatal yoga teacher. She became a doula after going through a long (but beautiful) labor and a difficult transition into motherhood. She’s witnessed how empowering and incredible birth can be and how essential support is throughout the journey with a new babe, so her goal is to give that gift to other parents.
